Good Products, Slow Shipping

The products themselves are decent quality, and I can see some improvement in my skin after a few weeks. However, the delivery took much longer than expected — almost two weeks. Customer service was polite when I followed up, but I wish the shipping was faster. Would consider ordering again if dispatch times improve.

The only downside is the packaging; one of the bottles arrived slightly dented. The product inside was fine, but better packaging would make a big difference. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
