Mesoestetic Mesofiller Periocular is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 15mg/ml, designed specifically for treating the periocular area. Its low-viscosity gel structure integrates smoothly into delicate tissue, which suits regions of high facial mobility such as the eye contour. Intended for correcting periocular wrinkles, under-eye hollows, the appearance of dark circles and related signs of ageing around the eyes, it supports a smoother, more refreshed look.

• 1 x 25G 2” cannula
• 1 x 30G ½” needle

Results:
Results from Mesoestetic Mesofiller Periocular may include an improvement in the appearance of periocular wrinkles, under-eye hollows, and dark circles, leading to a smoother and more refreshed eye contour. The effects are temporary and typically last between 6 and 9 months, depending on individual factors such as skin condition, age, lifestyle, and treatment technique.

Technique & protocol – pericular area:

• Before injection, expel air from the syringe until a small drop appears at the tip of the needle
• Disinfect the treatment area thoroughly
• Injection device: 25G x 2’’ cannula or 30G x ½’’ needle
• Recommended dosage: 0.5–1.0 ml per site, depending on patient skin condition and treatment depth
• Insert the needle at an approximate 30° angle, following the natural line of the wrinkle, and inject into the mid-dermis
• Inject while gently retracting the needle to ensure homogeneous distribution of the product
• Gently massage the area after injection to ensure even distribution
• Optimal results may be obtained by repeating the treatment over time

Precautions:

• Do not exceed 1 ml per site per session (maximum one syringe)
• Avoid injecting too superficially, as this may lead to nodules or granulomas
• Bruising or swelling may occur following treatment
• Advise patients to avoid makeup for 24 hours post-treatment
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, UV lamps, and extreme cold after treatment
