Mesoestetic Mesofiller Sensitive Plus 2ml

Mesoestetic Mesofiller Sensitive Plus 1ml is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 25mg/ml, developed specifically to restore volume and hydration in the external female genital area, the labia majora in particular. Created to fill and rebuild tissue volume, it helps preserve the natural protective role of the labia majora while improving their appearance. Indications include volume loss, vulvar ptosis, tissue deflation and hypotrophy of the external genital area.

The pack consists of:

• 2 syringes x 1ml per pack
• 2 x 25G 2” cannulas

Results:
Results from Mesoestetic Mesofiller Sensitive Plus may be visible shortly after treatment. The treated area can appear more balanced and may benefit from improved hydration, symmetry, and overall tissue quality in the labia majora. Effects are temporary and generally last several months, depending on individual factors such as anatomy, tissue condition, and lifestyle. Maintenance or touch-up treatments may be performed if needed to help support the desired outcome over time.

Technique & protocol – labia majora:

• Before injection, thoroughly disinfect the treatment area
• Local anaesthesia may be applied to the treatment area
• Recommended dose: up to 1 ml per labia majora per session. The volume to be injected should be determined by the medical professional based on the condition of the treated area and individual patient needs
• Recommended injection technique: retrograde tracing
• Injection device: 25G 2’’ cannula
• Insert the cannula at an approximate angle of 30°
• Gently massage the area after injection to ensure even distribution
• A touch-up may be required 30 days after the initial session

Precautions:

• Do not inject intravascularly
• Temporary injection-related reactions may occur, such as pain, itching, swelling, or redness, which are usually self-limiting
• Patients should be advised to avoid sexual intercourse for 72 hours post-treatment or until swelling and redness have fully resolved
• Avoid exposure to intense cold and UV radiation after treatment
• Avoid aesthetic procedures (e.g. laser, chemical peel, dermabrasion) until all previous treatment effects have fully resolved
